The OSWAS 3.0 platform is set to revolutionize how government departments in Odisha operate by integrating workflow automation, system integration, analytics, security, and artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities. TCS’s engagement with OSWAS is not new; the system has been in operation since 2009 and currently serves over 4,600 government offices and nearly 50,000 users across the state. The latest iteration, OSWAS 3.0, will transition to a microservices-based architecture that prioritizes mobile access, security, and enhanced interoperability, including support for the local Odia language.
