1. Services Scope
Our services include Equity Research, Market Analysis, and facilitation of Financial Products like Personal/Business Loans and Credit Cards.
2. Lending & Credit Products
- We act as a facilitator between you and the Bank/NBFC. We are not a direct lender.
- Users must provide true and accurate documents (Income proof, PAN, etc.). Any discrepancy is the user’s responsibility.
- Submission of an application does not guarantee a loan sanction or credit card issuance.
3. Data & Credit Check
By applying for a loan/card, you authorize us and our partners to check your CIBIL Score and verify your financial history.
4. Fees & Payments
Consultancy fees paid to Divyanshu Pandey & Associates are for research and processing assistance. Bank processing fees are separate and charged by the lender.
5. Professional Disclaimer
We provide research-based insights. Clients are advised to perform their own due diligence before making any financial commitment.
6. Jurisdiction
All disputes are subject to the courts of Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh.
