Six Companies Set to Launch IPOs Worth ₹3,825 Crore, Signaling Robust Market Activity

The upcoming IPOs reflect a vibrant primary market as companies seek to capitalize on favorable conditions.

Six companies, including Elevate Campuses and Varmora Granito, are gearing up to raise a total of ₹3,825 crore through initial public offerings (IPOs) next week, reflecting a surge in fundraising activity in the primary market. The IPOs will be available for public subscription from September 22 to September 28, with most issues opening on September 23.

A Busy IPO Calendar

The upcoming IPOs include offerings from Bengaluru-based A-One Steels India Ltd, ArMee Infotech Ltd, Swastika Infra, and Adroit Industries (India) Ltd. This wave of IPOs follows a bustling start to September, where 17 IPOs have already been concluded, including the ongoing mega issues from the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and textile maker Sonaselection India Ltd.

The current momentum in the primary market is noteworthy, with the total amount raised through IPOs in 2026 reaching ₹83,062 crore, a significant portion of which was raised in July and August. According to Kamraj Singh Negi, Managing Director and CEO of Pantomath Capital, the market’s current pace of issuance and the depth of the pipeline could potentially surpass last year’s fundraising levels.
