Sachin Gupta Highlights Three Stock Picks for Investors Today

Investors are eyeing potential opportunities as Sachin Gupta from Choice Broking shares his top stock recommendations for the day.

Sachin Gupta, VP of Technical Research at Choice Broking, has identified three stocks that show promising potential for traders today. His recommendations are based on technical analysis, highlighting key entry points and targets.

PGIL: A Breakout Opportunity

Gupta recommends buying PGIL at around ₹1,320, with a stop loss set at ₹1,265 and targets between ₹1,400 and ₹1,450. The stock has recently broken out from a Pole & Flag pattern on the weekly chart, supported by increased trading volumes, indicating strong buying interest. Additionally, PGIL is maintaining a higher-top and higher-bottom formation, with support from the 50-week Exponential Moving Average (EMA), reflecting bullish sentiment in the short term.

On the daily chart, the Relative Strength Index (RSI) has shown a positive crossover and is currently around 66, further supporting the bullish trend. This technical setup suggests that traders could capitalize on upward momentum in the coming sessions.

Hyundai: Signs of a Rebound

Hyundai Motor India is another stock on Gupta’s radar, with a recommendation to buy above ₹2,130, a stop loss at ₹2,050, and upside targets of ₹2,250 to ₹2,300. The stock has recently taken support near the ₹2,055–2,060 zone, which has proven to be a critical support level. A bullish recovery candle has formed from this support, indicating a potential rebound.

The RSI has also bounced back from lower levels and is trending upwards, suggesting improving momentum. A sustained move above the ₹2,125–2,130 range could solidify the bullish outlook and pave the way for further gains toward the ₹2,250 and ₹2,300 targets.

HBL Engineering: Strong Technical Setup

Lastly, Gupta recommends HBL Engineering, advising investors to buy at ₹806, with a stop loss at ₹760 and targets set between ₹850 and ₹880. The stock has shown strong buying interest after rebounding from the ₹690–₹710 support zone and has reclaimed both its 50-day and 200-day moving averages.

The RSI is currently at 70.24, and a positive Moving Average Convergence Divergence (MACD) indicates robust momentum. Additionally, an Average Directional Index (ADX) near 30 confirms the strengthening trend. Given this bullish technical structure, HBL Engineering presents a viable buying opportunity for traders.

Key Highlights

  • PGIL shows a bullish breakout with targets of ₹1,400-₹1,450.
  • Hyundai is poised for a rebound, with potential gains up to ₹2,300.
  • HBL Engineering has reclaimed key moving averages, indicating strong momentum.
  • Investors should consider stop-loss strategies to manage risk effectively.
  • Technical indicators suggest bullish trends across all three stocks.

Investor Note: Investors should conduct their own research and consider market conditions before making investment decisions based on these recommendations.
